* Short term lets (without servicing i.e. a weekly clean and change of linen/towels) are classed as residential and not subject to VAT (subject to a minimum 21 days rental period, and an exit clean is charged at £75 + VAT). All linen/towels are in the apartment.
** For serviced options, VAT is applied as follows: 17.5% for the initial 28 days, and at 3.5% thereafter.
